Position Overview Fieldstrom Staffing is actively building an advanced talent pipeline of detail-oriented Data Entry & Imaging Specialists for upcoming municipal and state agency modernization contracts throughout the greater Indianapolis area. Candidates entering this pipeline are pre-vetted against standard Clerical, Office Machine Operations, and Technical (COMOT) classification benchmarks, ensuring immediate readiness for fast-turnaround public sector assignments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and maintain sensitive public sector and agency records within centralized state databases with a 100% accuracy target.
  • Process, index, and perform quality control checks on high-volume document scanning and digital archiving initiatives.
  • Audit source documents for completeness, resolving discrepancies and missing information before keying data into agency systems.
  • Operate high-speed document imaging equipment and digital storage management systems according to public records security protocols.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to state information security standards when handling personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive operational data.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors to meet strict daily and weekly production quotas for document processing.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dedicated data entry, document control, digital archiving, or high-volume clerical support role (prior public sector or state database experience is preferred).
  • Technical Skills: High-speed typing proficiency (minimum 45-50 WPM preferred) with strong alpha-numeric data entry accuracy and familiarity with document management software.
