Job description

A day in the life:

We're seeking a talented Networking and Internet Product Manager to join a team defining and communicating the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems, with a focus on cloud networking and internet connectivity. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable and resilient cloud networking solutions.
  • Lead product backlog refinement by defining, prioritizing, and decomposing cloud networking capabilities into actionable user stories.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters to support PI execution, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Engage with Department of Defense stakeholders to align cloud networking capabilities with mission requirements.
  • Participate in technical exchange meetings, operational working groups, and forums related to cloud networking initiatives.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver secure, multi-platform applications with reliable network connectivity.
  • Lead engagements with company partners and industry technologists to deliver innovative technology solutions.
What you bring to the table:
  • A Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc) from an accredited instituation and 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking principles, including high reliability and redundant internet connectivity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience with Agile methodologies and cloud services. 
  • Experience with networking technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. 
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. 
  • Experience in the development of products and/management in a development environment.  
  • A TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearance. 

Bonus Skills:     

  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification.
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar networking certifications.

Salary Range:   
  • Disclosed pay ranges are a general guideline, and are not a guarantee of a final salary or compensation.  Our approach in determining final salaries takes into consideration a number of factors such as education, certifications, total years of relevant professional experience, actual level of expertise, and the responsibilities of the role itself. 
  • Based on the outlined roles, responsibilities, and requirements, the projected pay range for this position is:  $180,000 - $235,000.
