Your Schedule
We offer consistent shifts to help you plan your life, including:
  • Day Shifts: 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Commitment: Rotating every-other-weekend and some holiday coverage.

What You'll Do
As a Community Lead Care Professional, you balance high-quality caregiving with team leadership. Your main responsibilities fall into four simple categories:
  • Lead & Mentor: Introduce new Care Pros to clients, mentor teammates, and provide hands-on coaching.
  • Provide Hands-On Care: Provide companionship, assist with grooming and personal care, manage medication reminders, and deliver specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia support.
  • Support the Office: Assist the scheduling team with open shifts, help design client care routines, distribute PPE, and collect client logs.
  • Observe & Report: Document daily activities, monitor client home environments, and communicate updates or supply needs to supervisors and facility staff.

  • Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Background: Must be able to pass a background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
  • Experience: Previous experience is a plus! We welcome those who have worked as an home health, PCA (personal care assistant), CNA, or RN.
  • Transferable Skills: We also value backgrounds in senior living, customer service, or even veterinary technology-if you have a heart for service, you'll fit right in.
