The Software Engineer is a hands-on,fullstackcontributor responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and integrations that enable critical business operations. This includes backend, frontend, and integration layers, with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and enterprise standards.
The ideal candidatedemonstratesstrong technical execution, effectiveproblemsolvingskills, and the ability to work successfully within a large-scale enterprise environment that requires adherence to security, governance, and compliance. The role includes partial ownership of technical solutions and active participation in design and architectural discussions.
The Software Engineer will develop and maintainJavabasedcustomizations and extensions withinTeamConnect, as well as design, build, and support integrations withinternal and external enterprise systems. This role contributes directly to the reliable operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of applications and integrations in afastpaced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, andmaintainJava-based applications, customizations, and extensions withinTeamConnectand related enterprise platforms.

  • Build, support, and enhance integrations betweenTeamConnectand external enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, messaging, and event-driven patterns.

  • Develop andmaintainbackend services and microservices usingJavaand Spring /Spring Boot.

  • Create and enhance frontend components usingReact JS, ensuring usability, performance, and alignment with UI/UX best practices.

  • Write andoptimizeSQL Server queries andstoredprocedures to support functionality, reporting, and data integrity.

  • Supporteventdrivenintegrations using Kafka, including producer/consumer implementations and message processing.

Functional Skills

Java & Integration Development

  • Handson experience with Java-based application development, includingTeamConnectcustomization (required).

  • Experience with frontend technologies and tools such as React, JavaScript

  • Strong experience building Spring / Spring Boot microservices.

  • Proficiencyin designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

  • Understanding ofsystem integrations, data flows, and enterprise architecture.

Configuration, Support & Collaboration

  • Experience configuring SaaS platforms (workflows, rules, templates, security).

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.

  • Strong communicationskills for supporting nontechnical users.

  • Experience collaborating with vendors andcrossfunctionalteams.

TeamConnect& Legal Operations

  • Strong experience supportingTeamConnect(Mitratech)in a legal or corporate environment.

  • Understanding oflegal matter management, billing, outside counsel management, and accrual processes.

Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (Preferred)

Skills

  • Programming:Java, Spring Boot, Spring, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, UI/UX principles

  • Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, vendors, and senior stakeholders

  • Strong communicationskills for translating technical concepts to nontechnical audiences

  • Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and leading technical initiatives

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 85,000.00 - 145,075.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
