Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.

Educate clients on a variety of Allstate insurance products, explaining coverage options clearly.

Develop personalized insurance proposals and present them to clients with confidence.

Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and exceptional service.

Collaborate with agency leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve sales strategies.

One remote day to work from home on a weekly basis.


Requirements

Active New Jersey Producer License for Life, Health, and Property & Casualty lines.

If not must be willing to get the license.

A proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help others and a strong sense of empathy.

The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and standard office applications.
