Job Description:
The Portfolio Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of portfolio activities through accurate data maintenance, routine planning support, scheduling inputs, and execution tracking. This role helps ensure portfolio decisions are implemented accurately and on time by maintaining data integrity, monitoring routine workflows, and escalating exceptions to more senior team members. The Portfolio Analyst works under guidance and follows established procedures to support inventory positioning, supply execution, and cross-functional coordination.
What You'll Do:
  • Executes structured daily tasks that support portfolio execution, including data updates, tracking activities, and scheduling inputs.
  • Maintains accurate portfolio, inventory, and supply-related records in designated systems and reports.
  • Supports daily supply and inventory execution activities by preparing information for review and action by senior analysts.
  • Monitors routine operational indicators and identifies discrepancies, delays, or exceptions for escalation.
  • Assists in tracking product movements, supply changes, and allocation activity to support execution against plan.
  • Supports issue resolution by gathering facts, updating trackers, and documenting execution changes.
  • Ensures work is completed in accordance with established guardrails, processes, and service expectations.
  • Maintains organization of reports, templates, and recurring portfolio documentation.
  • Supports ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.
  • Coordinates with cross-functional partners such as trucking, scheduling, supply, and other operating teams to ensure timely communication of updates.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, inventory planning, analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and other reporting or planning tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
