Allergy Nurse

Large ENT practice seeking experienced allergy nurse, full-time, weekday position. Responsible for administration of allergen immunotherapy, allergy testing, mixing and dilution of allergen extracts, preparation of immunotherapy, (SCIT / SLIT) vials. Accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluation of care for patients. Current and unrestricted nursing license in the state of MA. BLS / CPR certification.
