We're seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage solutions, and provide exceptional service throughout the policy lifecycle. This position is ideal for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building long-term client trust.

  • Base salary $40,000-$50,000, based on experience, plus commission on new and renewal business

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients through the application process and ensure policies are issued accurately and efficiently
  • Gather underwriting information, compare carrier options, and present coverage recommendations
  • Build strong relationships through responsive, professional, and personalized service
  • Conduct coverage reviews to identify gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, text, and other communication channels
  • Collaborate with agency staff and insurance carriers to resolve issues and support clients
  • Perform risk assessments and recommend coverage options for individuals, families, and businesses

Requirements
  • Active insurance license a bonus, we will train you to get it shortly after employment if you don't have it
  • Prior insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain coverage clearly and confidently
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using agency management systems, CRM platforms, and digital tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professionalism and ethical business practices
