This position is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to provide services through telehealth platforms. You will work in a comfortable and confidential setting, equipped with the necessary tools and resources to deliver effective therapy. • Conduct thorough client assessments to gauge mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy via teletherapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective healing and outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards, supporting the integrity of the therapeutic process.
• Engage in continual professional education to stay abreast of best practices and evolving trends in mental health care.

Our counselors work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health disorders. By employing a client-centered approach, you will create a safe and empathetic space, enabling clients to share their stories and reinforce their journey toward healing. Your role is vital in guiding them through the therapeutic process, ultimately leading to positive transformations in their lives.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enhance the therapeutic relationship and promote client engagement.
• A demonstrated capacity for empathy and compassion, particularly in high-stress client situations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle diverse caseloads effectively.

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is preferred, we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, including recent graduates who exhibit a passion for mental health and ongoing professional development. Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling settings is a plus, as it aligns with our modality of care at Allegiant Mental and Wellness Center.
