DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings for customers and team reference.
• Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced tools and software like AllData, identifying mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic problems (experience-dependent).
• Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Execute complex repairs, including engine work, suspension repairs, and transmission diagnostics (for experienced technicians).
• Use diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow company and industry safety standards and best practices.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through training and resources provided by the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Automotive repair knowledge, ranging from entry-level basics to advanced diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity (or ability to become familiar) with repair software like AllData.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• ASE certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
