- Save cancellations, support reschedules, and keep the board full
- Communicate confidently with customers and field teams

What we're looking for: - 3+ years in a high-volume customer service / call center / dispatch role
- Proven ability to handle tough calls with professionalism and empathy
- Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure
- Home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) or dispatch experience is a major plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
