Roles & Responsibilities: * Highly-experienced intelligence professional who can both lead and contribute technical expertise to programs developing cutting-edge capabilities to gain and maintain strategic advantage for the United States.
* Expertly deliver technical, analytic, and organizational recommendations to senior executive decision makers.
* Lead and contribute to strategic non-kinetic effects analysis projects, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of quality and relevance.
* Build on existing relationships across government, industry, and academia to facilitate information sharing and execute joint initiatives.
* Proactively identify gaps in current capabilities and propose innovative solutions to address emerging threats and mission needs.
* Represent MITRE and the SNKE Mission Division at interagency meetings, conferences, and working groups, communicating technical insights and strategic recommendations at an expert level with executive audiences.
* Develop thought-leading materials, including white papers, articles, and presentations to advance the strategic non-kinetic effects field.
* Respond to Government inquiries to expand the SNKE Mission Center's portfolio and impact. Basic Qualifications: * Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 10 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 7 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience
* Extensive experience supporting the Intelligence Community and/or DoW on complex national security issues and coordinating across the IC, NSC, DoW, State, and other interagency stakeholders
* Must have an active Top Secret/SCI w/Poly U.S Government issued Security Clearance. Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance. * This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site. Preferred Qualifications: * 15 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis
* Led the successful execution of complex research and analysis projects related to strategic non-kinetic effects, ensuring deliverables meet high standards of quality and relevance
* Deep experience in counter-adversary mission work, including asymmetric capabilities
* Expertise in geopolitical analysis, military capabilities, and strategic competition
* Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior Intelligence Community sponsors while balancing multiple stakeholder equities
* Mastery of all-source analytic tradecraft and finished intelligence production
* Expert use of Artificial Intelligence and LLMs for intelligence analysis and/or NKE workflows
* Master's or PhD in international affairs, political science, security studies, intelligence studies, or a related field This requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s):
