All-Source Analyst
The Opportunity:
Our clients need skilled analysts to turn reams of data into actionable intelligence for our government and military every day. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, are familiar with intelligence tradecraft standards, and are ready to help our nation's leaders understand the critical threats and opportunities facing our country, we have an opportunity for you.
As an All-Source Analyst on our team, you'll review reporting from classified and unclassified intelligence streams every day as you build assessments that reflect the priorities of your regional or topical portfolios. You'll develop specific products by request and propose your own, coordinate with analysts on our team and across the intelligence community ( IC ) , and brief warfighters, senior policy makers, and IC members on our analytic lines. Thanks to our mentoring and training resources, you'll also be able to hone your skills and mature into a stronger analyst. Our world is shifting quickly, and our clients need analysts who can help them stay several steps ahead.

You Have:
  • Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
  • Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED and 13+ years of experience with analysis, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience employing advanced all-source analysis techniques, met hodologies, databases, tools, including spe cia lized geospatial tools such as MIDB, MARS, and ISPY, and other repositories to identify undersea cable networks and their connectivity to supporting infrastructure
  • Experience identifying threats to U.S. interests and executing directed tasks supporting the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
