The Opportunity:

Recreation Supervisor

Who We LookFor:

We are looking for an individual who can provide supervisory support for Explorer Island, our recreational area, and facilitate our resort club member summer camp. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, and The Drop. Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, racquet sports courts, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout.

This role oversees guest services at the pool area, assisting with tennis and pickleball programming, and facilitating summer camp activities. The position provides an opportunity to engage with guests, members, and residents while delivering exceptional service in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the execution of organized group activities, leisure events, and racquet sports to ensure an exceptional guest experience

  • Ensure outdoor storage areas and towel huts are kept clean and well-maintained, working closely with the Assistant Manager to support the overall upkeep of the facilities

  • Supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool in absence of the Recreation Assistant Manager

  • Assist the Assistant Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to; all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and meal breaks.

  • Respond to all guest interactions in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction. Racquet Sports Operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned related to racquet sports, recreation, and Kids for All Seasons operations.

Four Seasons Orlando is seeking candidates who have experience working outside in a resort setting, and who already possess legal work authorization for employment in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working outdoors in a resort or hospitality setting

  • Prior experience in recreation operations

  • Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours

  • A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

  • Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

  • High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
