Job description

Canoco Group Ltd. is currently seeking experienced and safety-focused Riggers to join our team.

We are looking for hardworking individuals with industrial construction experience who are knowledgeable in safe rigging practices and capable of working effectively as part of a fast-paced project team.


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Previous rigging experience in an industrial construction, maintenance, oil and gas, or heavy construction environment
  • Strong knowledge of rigging practices, equipment, and procedures
  • Experience with the inspection and proper use of rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, chains, hoists, and other lifting devices
  • Ability to safely direct and assist with lifting and moving materials and equipment
  • Experience working around cranes and other lifting equipment is considered an asset
  • Ability to identify hazards and follow established safe work procedures
  • Completion of required safety tickets and certifications
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
