Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Supervise and direct a team of millwrights, ironworkers, and other craft personnel, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. \* Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks, including equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of machinery. \* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate and precise execution of millwright work. \* Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce safety regulations, and identify and mitigate potential hazards. \* Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards. \* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and equipment. \* Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. \* Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required. \* Train and mentor junior millwrights and apprentices. \* Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials inventory. \* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
