Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Supervise and direct a team of millwrights, ironworkers, and other craft personnel, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. \* Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks, including equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and dismantling of machinery. \* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate and precise execution of millwright work. \* Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce safety regulations, and identify and mitigate potential hazards. \* Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards. \* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machinery and equipment. \* Collaborate with project management, engineering, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution. \* Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and other documentation as required. \* Train and mentor junior millwrights and apprentices. \* Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and materials inventory. \* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Job Qualifications:\*\* \* Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Millwright, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role. \* Proven experience in heavy industrial construction, particularly within the energy sector (oil & gas, power generation, refining). \* Strong knowledge of millwright practices, equipment installation, alignment, and precision maintenance. \* Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. \* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \* Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality. \* Proficiency in using various hand and power tools common to the millwright trade. \* Ability to work in challenging environments and adverse weather conditions. \* OSHA 30 certification preferred. \* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade certification or apprenticeship completion is highly desirable.**Company Overview:**Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
