Come join our amazing Team at the Stonewater Cove Resort, a luxurious 38-unit property on Table Rock Lake in the beautiful hills of the Missouri Ozarks! Our property is located on nearly 500 acres of hills, forest and lakefront. It is the perfect location for outdoor adventures with zip-lines, ATV trails, fishing, and boating available. You'll be working alongside approximately 60 fellow Team Members who are dedicated to providing memorable vacation experiences to our Owners and Guests- we can't wait for you to join us!
As the Front Desk Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily transactions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the resort's commitment to delivering exceptional guest service while enhancing financial profitability. Responsibilities:
  • As night auditor, you will assist with Front Office duties and is the overnight guest service agent.
  • Follows proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions
  • Identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner, produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Ensures that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, balanced with all supporting documentation
  • Reconciles all charges to the general ledger and prepares back-up files and closes out shift and day on reservation system, including preparing system for next day of business.
  • Responsible for accurate management of cash funds and daily shift deposits and compiles daily revenue reports and files work accordingly.
  • Performs all Front desk duties including check-in, check-out and cashier procedures in a proper and efficient manner.
  • Assists with other departmental duties as stated by leadership.

Key Skills and experience:
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year Auditing experience
  • 1 year of Front Desk experience
  • Previous experience with cash handling
  • Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts them.
  • Builds confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions.
  • Must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays.
