We're growing our team and looking for friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Cruise & Resort Specialist. In this role, you'll work with clients to plan incredible cruise vacations, all-inclusive resort stays, romantic getaways, family trips, group travel, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and working independently from home, this could be an excellent opportunity. No previous experience in the travel industry is required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing mentorship, and the professional tools needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, travel style, and budget
  • Research cruise lines, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, vacation packages, and destination experiences
  • Design customized travel recommendations based on each client's preferences
  • Coordinate cruise reservations, resort stays, transportation, excursions, and travel enhancements
  • Present available promotions, travel protection options, and value-added upgrades
  • Manage reservation details, itinerary updates, and booking confirmations
  • Communicate with clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging
  • Partner with trusted travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify booking accuracy
  • Keep organized records of client information, reservations, and communications
  • Stay current on cruise itineraries, resort offerings, destination updates, and supplier promotions
  • Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after each client's travel experience
Qualifications
