About the Role
The G2 requires expertise across multiple intelligence disciplines to support USARCENT's mission in the region. In this role, you'll fuse intelligence from multiple sources into finished products that directly support command decision-making.
What You'll Do
  • Fuse and analyze intelligence from multiple sources to produce all-source intelligence assessments.
  • Prepare finished intelligence products, briefings, and estimates supporting command decision-making.
  • Monitor regional threat developments and provide timely analytic support to current operations.
  • Coordinate with national intelligence agencies and joint/coalition intelligence elements as required.
  • Maintain analytic tradecraft standards and contribute to long-term intelligence production efforts.
What You'll Need
  • Significant prior experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst in a military, DoD, or Intelligence Community setting.
  • Demonstrated analytic writing and briefing skills at the operational/strategic level.
  • Experience with standard DoD/IC analytic tools and databases (e.g., DCGS-A, M3, Palantir, or equivalent).
  • Active, in-scope TOP SECRET clearance required at time of hire — interim clearances are not accepted for this position.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Must be able to complete a favorable background investigation appropriate to the position within the first week of starting, and obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) within the first two weeks.
  • Must complete required security, anti-terrorism, and information assurance training within the first 30 days, and annually thereafter.
  • If the position requires a security clearance, must complete annual threat-awareness and operations-security refresher training.
  • Professional appearance and conduct consistent with a military headquarters environment.
  • No travel required for this position.
