Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for providing guests with prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages.
Essential Job Functions:
• Serve food/beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Always follow the correct sequence of service.
• Clear, clean, reset, and maintain assigned station during shift.
• Assist other servers as needed.
• Handle guest receipts according to internal controls.
• Maintain proper uniform attire and name tag.
• Remain current on casino/resort events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• Responsible for immediately informing the on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness, or become aware, must report pursuant to the company Self-Reporting Policy.
