About You

You are a disciplined, coaching-first sales leader who knows how to drive growth. You’ve led professional services teams, built referral ecosystems, and held reps accountable to pipeline rigor and financial outcomes. You have experience leveraging marketing initiatives to drive sales outcomes.


Job Purpose

The VP of Revenue Operations leads and develops a team of Business Development Consultants and Marketing team to drive disciplined growth.


This is a 75% leadership / 25% strategic BD role with ownership of a $8.35M annual team quota.


What this role requires


• Running structured weekly 1:1 coaching sessions

• Inspecting live deals stage-by-stage

• Enforcing =3× pipeline coverage (Full funnel ownership)

• Team revenue attainment and collected first-year revenue

• Maintaining forecast accuracy and CRM discipline

• Ensuring clean, delivery-ready handoffs (scope, assumptions, risks, timeline)

• Developing partner ecosystems and increasing self-generated new logo opportunities

• Cross-functional ownership of sales and marketing

• Technology adoption leadership

Minimal Qualifications

• 7–10+ years B2B professional services sales

• 3+ years sales leadership (managed 2–8 sellers)

• Proven team quota attainment

• Marketing collaboration experience

• Experience achieving revenue and growth goals

• Strong CRM and forecast discipline

• Experience building referral ecosystems

Preferred: CAS / outsourced accounting familiarity; EOS experience.


Location: Remote-first, Hybrid; MSP preferred. Regular in-market coaching and partner development required.

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: $145,000 - $165,000 plus commission

• Team performance bonus; paid quarterly

• OTE - $195,000 - $215,000
