The Opportunity

Weโ€™re looking for a โ€œdifference maker!โ€ Someone to join our Real Estate Response Team to help real estate deals cross the finish line. When others see a problem, you see a solution. This is a determined, fast-moving, relationship-driven position focused on helping real estate transactions move smoothly and quickly to the closing table. This specialized role is built for speed, service, and solutions. You will be responsible for building strong partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, HVAC Companies, and other home service professionals, and when problems arise, YOU will act fast to help solve them and keep deals from falling apart.

What You Would Do
  • Build and maintain referral partnerships with Real Estate Agents & Brokerages; Home Inspectors; HVAC and other home service companies.
  • Serve as a rapid-response contact when inspection or property issues arise.
  • Conduct crawl space and basement inspections, estimates and solutions to prevent closing delays.
  • Educate partners on our services and how we help their clients.
  • Follow-up consistently to strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with referral partners.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and use company software
  • Participate in weekly in-person sales meetings at our Elkton office
  • Hit individual sales goals and support your teamโ€™s success
  • Deliver a professional and consultative customer experience
What We Need From You
  • 5+ years of business development, home inspection, or other relevant experience required
  • Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or related industry, preferred
  • Experience in relationship-building with our key partners to include Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, and other home service professionals, preferred
  • Comfortable entering crawlspaces and basements, kneeling, climbing ladders, and moving through tight areas
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
