Work Environment

This role allows you to work remotely within a community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy strategies that meet individual client needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across multiple formats, including individual sessions, group therapy, and family support.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques to address various mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical practices.
• Actively participate in professional development workshops and training opportunities to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele comprises individuals seeking mental health support ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as trauma and substance abuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in fostering positive outcomes for patients navigating their therapeutic journeys. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.
• A thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health services.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated through the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and potential sign-on bonuses.
