Pediatrician wanted to join established practice providing care to children in Southwestern Minnesota!          

This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Summary

Join CentraCare as a Pediatrician in Willmar, providing comprehensive care to children and families across Southwestern Minnesota. This established pediatric practice offers the opportunity to focus on outpatient care or a combination of inpatient and outpatient services, supporting a broad spectrum of general pediatric needs. Physicians care for newborns, infants, children, and adolescents within a collaborative team environment designed to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care close to home. The practice is supported by NICU telehealth services and is part of a larger integrated health system with access to PICU and NICU care, as well as pediatric subspecialties at a regional hospital location. As a clinic-employed physician within a large, nonprofit healthcare organization, providers benefit from system-wide resources, specialty collaboration, and a strong commitment to advancing rural pediatric care.

Schedule

  • Full Time| 1.0  FTE | Onsite at CentraCare - Willmar  

  • 4-day work week

  • Light call, one day a week, 6 weekends a year

  • Inpatient/Outpatient or Outpatient only

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $240,000 - $330,000 per year

    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Required:

  • BE/BC in Pediatrics  

  • Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
