  • Plan and execute logistics for executive and leadership meetings: agendas, materials, room setup, catering, and technology
  • Track commitments and action items from executive meetings and coordinate follow-through with the appropriate team members
  • Coordinates collection and preparation of operating reports, such as budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data
  • Screen, prioritize, and route incoming requests, correspondence, and inquiries, using judgment on what requires the executive's attention and what can be handled directly or redirected
  • Interact with high-level internal and external contacts with professionalism, tact, and discretion
  • In the executive's absence, ensure requests for action or information are relayed promptly to the appropriate staff member
  • Prepare, format, and proof correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review
  • Handle sensitive business and personnel information with strict confidentiality at all times

  • Exceptional judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality on executive-level matters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the polish to interact credibly with senior leaders and external partners

  • High attention to detail, organization, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
