Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) to join our team at the Optimum Mind and Behavioral Care Unit. In this full-time remote role, you will be a vital part of our mission to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, couples, and families. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
  • Work closely with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals, evaluate progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards as outlined by relevant licensing boards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families, ideally with a focus on diverse populations.
  • Proficient clinical skills and knowledge of various evidence-based treatment approaches applicable to different client scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on empathy and rapport-building with clients.
  • A collaborative mindset, capable of working independently while also being an effective team player.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underserved populations.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technologies, enhancing efficiency in delivering care remotely.
  • Knowledge of specialized therapeutic modalities and techniques beyond the standard repertoire, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy.
