Who This Role Is For

You're an associate therapist in IL — LSW or LPC — who wants a remote caseload, free supervision, and work that has real impact. Illinois is underserved when it comes to quality youth mental health care, and our school district partners in Illinois need strong clinicians.

The Work

What You Need

  • Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required — pre-licensure applicants cannot be considered)
  • Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families
  • Availability Mon–Fri afternoons/evenings

Preferred

  • CBT, DBT, or related modality experience
  • School or youth clinical background
  • Active NPI and CAQH
