Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Associate AttorneyAmLaw, Regional & Boutique Law Firm OpportunitiesCompensation

$150,000 – $300,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Corporate / Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Ohio, including Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Toledo.

If you have experience representing private companies, public companies, private equity sponsors, or entrepreneurs in sophisticated corporate transactions, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

2–8 years of corporate transactional experience

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions, asset and stock purchases, private equity transactions, and strategic investments

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents

• Experience performing legal due diligence and coordinating transaction closings

• Experience advising closely held businesses, middle-market companies, or institutional clients

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
