Opportunities are available in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, and other Ohio markets.

Ideal Background

โ€ข 2+ years of corporate transactional, M&A, or private equity experience

โ€ข Experience with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, or general corporate matters

โ€ข Strong drafting and negotiation skills

โ€ข Experience with due diligence and transaction management

โ€ข Excellent academic credentials

โ€ข J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
