Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Alignment Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, tire services, and minor suspension repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of alignment equipment, general automotive maintenance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate and efficient alignments using Hunter alignment systems
  • Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
  • Repair tires and conduct minor suspension repairs
  • Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Operate all tools and equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Ensure proper handling of customer vehicles at all times

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • Level 2 Hunter Alignment Certification
  • State Vehicle Inspector License (Preferred but not required)
  • ASE Certifications (Preferred but not required)
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Basic automotive mechanics and maintenance
    • Basic computer systems

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong automotive aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to use alignment machines and other repair tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing in-house training
  • Good driving record and professional reliability

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a professional automotive repair environment
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and use of hand and power tools
