The Engineering Manager partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering execution with business strategy, define and deliver on key OKRs, and drive forward-thinking technology solutions. This role involves leading talent development, staying ahead of emerging trends, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring excellence in execution for both Front-End and Back-End initiatives.
