Shining Smiles Family Dentistry is seeking an exceptional General Dentist or Prosthodontist who is passionate about delivering proactive, comprehensive care. Located in the heart of Marietta, our truly beautiful, state-of-the-art practice features 10 modern treatment rooms designed for an elevated patient experience. We focus on total wellness, periodontal health, and cosmetic excellence for a predominantly adult patient base. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who desires the autonomy and clinical freedom of a practice owner—without the burden of overhead or administrative management.

Comprehensive Care: Prioritize thorough exams, periodontal education, and early intervention to ensure long-term oral wellness.
Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality restorative, surgical, and cosmetic solutions (veneers, bonding, whitening) using a digital workflow.
Tech-Forward Diagnostics: Utilize AI-powered diagnostics, digital scanners, and intraoral cameras to enhance patient outcomes.
Treatment Planning: Lead patients through complex cases with exceptional communication, building trust and long-term loyalty.
Clinical Leadership: Inspire excellence within the clinical team and contribute to the practice's long-term growth and vision.

Salary Range

Full-time $140,000 - $178,000 per year

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Monday - Thursday
Full-Time (Specific days/hours to be discussed during the interview process)

Requirements
  • Cosmetic Dentistry
  • DEA Registration
  • Licensed dentist

Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Active Georgia dental license (or eligibility) and current DEA registration.
Clinical Skills: Strong diagnostic, restorative, and basic surgical capabilities.
Preferred Experience: Invisalign® certification (or other clear-aligner systems), a strong foundation in periodontal disease management, and cosmetic restorative experience.
Attributes: Highly motivated, tech-savvy, and committed to evidence-based care and continuing education.
