Job Description:

Job Profile Summary:
This position communicates and enforces human resources policies, procedures, and programs in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compliance, etc. This position provides HR support to the geographies within their scope of responsibility and requires close physical proximity to business operations covering one to multiple UPS locations. This position performs responsibilities that may vary by location including, but not limited to, the management of employee concerns, inquiry management, programs to reduce employee turnover, talent acquisition, select onboarding / offboarding activities, and on-site learning facilitation.
Responsibilities:
Promotes highly effective relationships between HR and Operations partners, recruiting organizations, external customers, and peers to share accountability and provide valued support for achieving business goals.
Composes clear communications of HR processes, changes, or updates to relevant stakeholders.
Promotes organizational change and cultural transformation to ensure the organization's strategic and tactical initiatives are effectively executed.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge base, consistent time management skills, and strong organizational skills to provide an effective consultative partnership with business management.
Develops effective tools to organize, prioritize, delegate, and create solutions to meet HR initiatives in a timely manner.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills
Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
Ability to travel to support recruiting events/operations initiatives
Preferences:
Prior HR experience with the ability to utilize Workday and Fountain
Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent
