About the team E-commerce's Governance and Experience at TikTok is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy not only for our users, but also for sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. We are looking for an experienced technical product manager to drive seller and creator governance product strategies and solutions for TikTok Shopping in North America regions. As a product manager on our E-commerce team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies. You will be working on governance and ecosystem features, technical strategies to improve TikTok shopping, as well methods to detect and address risky behaviors and actors in TikTok E-commerce ecosystem. Responsibilities - Own product vision and develop product roadmap and strategies for TikTok Shop's intellectual property and anti-counterfeit solutions - Develop product features to detect and mitigate intellectual property rights (IPR) infringement, improve moderation efficiency and accuracy of IPR related product listings and e-commerce content - Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch, driving value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum value in return. - Develop comprehensive product plans incorporating customer needs, defining the requirements, and establishing the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. - Partner with business counterparts in IPR Policy and Ops, Legal and Compliance, and Data Sciences to identify product capabilities required to deliver the business goals. - Provide insights on product performance and seller behavior, identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and improvements, defining product requirements for new features and coordinating development efforts as the product owner. - Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and partner across the organization to develop action plans and enhancement recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - A minimum of 3 years' experience in product management in Consumer-Facing mobile or web / Internet companies. - Knowledge and expertise in IPR regulation and requirements, with broad technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, algorithms, OCR and ASR, etc. - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate assumptions, make recommendations and decisions, and drive execution. - Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and effectively working well within a team. Preferred Qualifications - Have a deep understanding of IPR risk governance trends in TikTok's E-commerce operating countries. - Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and audience. - Flexible and experienced in project management, can lead and operate multiple project streams confidently.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $143640 - $235600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
