This is not a sales role. However, the position requires a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to build positive working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Workplace Solutions

  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
  • Assist with order coordination, project documentation, meeting notes and implementation tracking.
  • Support installation planning, punch-list coordination and project closeout activities.
  • Travel to client locations for field reviews, site coordination and project support during various phases of project execution.
  • Support account managers by preparing materials, coordinating meetings and responding to client requests.
  • Build trusted working relationships through professionalism, responsiveness and solution-oriented communication.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architectural Products, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in workplace design, interiors, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, furniture systems, finishes and space planning.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with operational execution.
  • Comfortable conducting site visits, field measurements and working in active client environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting healthcare environments or healthcare-focused workplace projects.
  • Familiarity with design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, CET, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

  • Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and client-site environments.
