Join Our Team as a **Licensed Physical Therapist**

Rise Up Rehab, LLC is a local outpatient rehab company seeking a **Licensed Physical Therapist** to perform supervisory PT visits at an ALF in the MEDICAL CENTER. Position is consistent PRN/part-time, approximately 5-10 visits/week. NO PRODUCTIVITY!
