What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
  • Operate and control mixing functions to ensure product quality meets specifications
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and complete required documentation accurately
  • Communicate with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate efficient deliveries
  • Clean and maintain the truck to ensure safe operation and a professional appearance

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely
  • Strong commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and responsible driving practices
  • Ability to manage time, follow delivery schedules, and adapt to changing job site conditions
  • Mechanical awareness to identify basic equipment or vehicle issues
  • Effective communication skills and a customer-focused, team-oriented approach

Conditions of Employment
