Job description

The Preserve at Eisenhower Golf Club in Crownsville, MD is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for part-time Beverage Cart/Café Attendants. We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Job Summary:
The Beverage Cart/Café Attendants are integral to the guest experience and provide food and beverage services (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to the guests of the property. The Beverage Cart/Café Attendants will service beverages at the facility and provide a high-quality service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Duty will include working both the Café and Beverage cart according to schedule.
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
  • Display knowledge of the F&B menu.
  • Take and prepare food/drink orders.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
  • Process all cash/credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures.
  • Keep workstation(s) sanitized and organized.
  • Performs opening and closing procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
  • Maintains and exhibits knowledge of proper golf course etiquette.
  • Re-stock the coolers and beverage cart throughout the day.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 21.
  • Food service experience is a plus, but an outgoing personality is even better.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must be available to work, days, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
