Located at 27931 C Drive North, Albion, MI, the Henry Ford Albion Primary Care Clinic provides comprehensive family medicine and primary care services to the Albion community and surrounding areas. The clinic is staffed by dedicated providers, including physicians, advanced practice professional, and a team of dedicated support staff, who focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and promoting overall wellness in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.
