Home Health Physical Therapist Signature Healthcare at Home is hiring a fulltime Physical Therapist to serve the Northeast Portland Metropolitan Area, including neighborhoods such as Alberta, Hollywood, Parkrose, Laurelhurst, Gateway, and surrounding communities. Key ResponsibilitiesPT Responsibilities
Conduct homebased physical therapy evaluations.

Manage a fieldbased caseload with efficiency and autonomy.
