As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting financial institution and government locations, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to alarms, and provide professional customer service. DayTime Thur 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at financial institution and government locations by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating information through appropriate channels.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior perimeters, parking areas, and access points to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access to restricted areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
  • Assist with directing visitors, reporting facility concerns, and supporting orderly operations in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
