Job description

As a Senior Technical Support Professional here at Honeywell, you will provide expert technical assistance and support to customers, ensuring the effective resolution of complex issues and enhancing customer satisfaction in the Notifier Fire Alarm business.

You will report directly to our Technical Support Supervisor and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer experience by delivering timely and accurate technical solutions, supporting product functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 5 years of Fire Alarm Experience.
  • Extensive people management experience.
  • Strong Technical Proficiency.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of networking, software, or hardware systems relevant to Honeywell's product portfolio.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The houly range for this position is ($42-$53). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.   • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Honeywell fire alarm products and solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.
  • Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • This role may have a rotating schedule working either 8:00 am-5:00 pm or 10:30 am-7:00 pm
  • Less than 10% travel
