Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and dispatch security and fire alarms, ensuring prompt and accurate response.
  • Operate and oversee CCTV, alarm receiving equipment, and integrated access control systems.
  • Maintain detailed logs and prepare reports on incidents and emergencies.
  • Use communication tools such as two-way radios, telephones, and computer systems effectively.
  • Make emergency notifications and coordinate response teams following established protocols.
  • Monitor news outlets and intelligence software for crisis and emergency updates.
  • Support after-hours dispatching of facilities personnel and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

  • United States citizenship and minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid Security Officer certification for assigned state.
  • 1-2 years of security or related work experience.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
