Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son is looking for a Fire Alarm Manager. In this position you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Fire Alarm Division.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the growth of a regional Fire Alarm Department (Kalamazoo & South Bend)
  • Ability to sell and execute projects.
  • Review inspection reporting and price deficiencies as required.
  • Responsible for the ordering of all Fire Alarm parts
  • Responsible for the hiring and management of Fire Alarm Technicians.
  • Manage all personnel and projects in the Division.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in Fire Alarm
  • Expert level estimating and job costing experience preferred
  • Experience in working with General Contractors
  • Experience in high paced work environment.
  • Ability to communicate well with others and lead a team
  • NICET ll or willingness to obtain
  • Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
