Martindale Feed Mill is currently seeking a full-time Office/Order Clerk.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills. This role is key to maintaining customer relationships.
Pay: $15-$18/hour, based on experience.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, mail, and electronic platforms
  • Accurately input customer information and order details into the system
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs
  • Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and updates

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
  • Willingness to learn and participate in on-the-job training
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships
