Job Title:Food Service DishwasherDepartment:Alamo RestaurantReports To:Alamo ManagerStatus: SeasonalAge:16 years or older
SUMMARY
The primary purpose of a Food Service Dishwasher is to assist with keeping dishes, kitchen equipment, and workstations sparkling clean. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Alamo Manager.
Park's operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scrape and rinse dinnerware
  • Load and unload dishwasher
  • Hand wash and sanitize large pots and pans
  • Empty dish trash cans as needed
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report to Supervisor/Manager when supplies are needed
