Mid-Level Researcher/Software Developer

What You'll Do
  • Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
  • Uses subject-matter expertise in science and phenomenology to solve complex problems with software; develops scientific computing solutions for specialized technical requirements.
What You Bring
  • Experience supporting government or DoD programs
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of scientific programming, algorithm development, software engineering, numerical methods, and technical problem solving
  • Minimum 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
  • Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
  • Background in process improvement or analytical services
  • Experience in CFD, simulation, HPC, ML, physics, and signal processing
