Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Engineer in customer support, service management, or a related field. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer engagement. Responsibilities * Lead management of web portal and user catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer service offerings.
* Oversee helpdesk operations, managing tickets from submission to resolution while maintaining exceptional service standards.
* Collaborate with government teams to provide actionable feedback and implement process improvements.
* Design and deploy customer surveys for helpdesk, projects, and enterprise support to drive service enhancements.
* Partner with customers to capture new requirements, ensuring proper documentation and delivery of tailored services that meet their objectives. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * 6 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related roles.
* Must be a US Citizen - Able to obtain a Public Trust.
