Novipro est une firme de services conseils en technologiues de l'information, etablie depuis 1993. Nous sommes actuellement a la recherche d'un technicien N1 et 2 pour se joindre a l'equipe de support dans un poste permanent.

Au quotidien, vous serez appele a travailler sur ce qui suit:

  • Supporter (niveau 1 et 2) des environnements Linux, Windows, IBMi ou AIX ;
  • Assurer la stabilite des serveurs et systemes d'exploitation ;
  • Appliquer les rustines sur les differents systemes d'exploitation ;
  • Escalader les incidents plus complexes a un administrateur de systeme ;
  • Prendre en charge les demandes d'assistance confiees ;
  • Poser un diagnostic et prioriser les actions subsequentes ;
  • Determiner les causes des incidents rencontres et assurer les interventions necessaires pour retablir le service ;
  • Faire intervenir les equipes de support appropriees ou consulter dans le but d'obtenir les reponses essentielles a la resolution d'incidents ou problemes plus complexes ;
  • Preparer les plans d'implantation, de retour en arriere et de test pour les changements (et les mettre en uvre) ;
  • Verifier l'avancement des solutions afin de respecter les ententes et delais de service et faire des suivis avec l'utilisateur ;
  • Appliquer la procedure d'escalade lorsque necessaire ;
  • Maintenir la base de donnees du departement du soutien informatique ;
  • Executer des mandats pratiques en dehors du centre de support dans le cadre des operations courantes (support, demandes informatiques) et de l'amelioration des facons de faire de l'equipe ;
  • Mettre a jour les antivirus des clients et application des rustines mensuelles (patch) ;
  • Superviser les consoles de monitoring et toute autre tache en lien avec un departement de support technique

Profil

  • Quelques annees d'experience en tant que technicien informatique
  • Diplome d'etudes collegiales en technologies de l'information
  • Experience avec divers types d'environnements (Windows, Linux, IBM ou AIX)
  • Experience SCCM et intune
  • Bon service a la clientele et approche professionnelle
