Job description

Project Manager - Enterprise Risk Management

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager – Enterprise Risk Management position on a consulting/temporary basis. This position requires someone with a PMO background in Banking, Financial Services, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Insurance or related fields. This position is 3days onsite in NYC. Paying $60-$70/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central PMO resource supporting the Risk organization and broader regulatory initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Operations, and Business teams.
  • Track project deliverables, action items, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate project governance activities, steering committees, and working group meetings.
  • Prepare status updates, reporting packages, meeting materials, and executive-level communications.
  • Support planning and execution of enterprise Risk initiatives, including:
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes
  • Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) regulatory filings
  • Committee governance and regulatory reporting activities
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary to maintain timelines and objectives.
  • Utilize PMO tools and reporting platforms to manage project documentation and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management, Program Management, PMO, or Transformation experience.
  • Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong project planning, governance, action tracking, and delivery management skills.
  • Experience producing executive reporting and project status updates.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with project management and reporting tools such as AirTable, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
